Hello and welcome to this Yoga in Daily Life Level 1 guided stillness meditation.
Chosen especially because often our days and our minds are in constant movement and it is good to be reminded that movement needs to be balanced with stillness, so that we may respond to the movent of life from a place of inner stillness, calm and clarity.
Begin by becoming comfortable in your meditation posture. This practice is for 12.52 minutes. Make yourself comfortable that you will not need to move for this time. Sit any way that is best for your legs - cross legged on a cushion, on a meditation stool or a chair - that your legs are comfortable and your back is straight.
