Class Passes 
On passes we will consider extending the expiry date or allowing the pass to be transferred to another person. No refunds.
Unlimited passes no transfers & no refunds. We will consider extending the expiry date under extenuating circumstances. 

Term of Classes & Courses – We cannot guarantee or reserve a place until full payment is received. If a cancellation is made before the start of the term / course a transfer will be given to the next term / course. If the same course is not running again then a transfer will be given to classes of an equal amount. For any cancellations after term / course start time the total amount is non-refundable. In extenuating circumstances an application (in writing) for a refund will be considered at the discretion of the centre manager. A $30 administration fee applies to all refunds.

Workshops & Events - We cannot guarantee or reserve a place until full payment is received. If a cancellation is made up to 72 hours before the start of the program a refund, minus a $20 administration fee will be given. For any cancellations after this time the total amount is non-refundable. In extenuating circumstances an application (in writing) for transfer to another event or classes will be considered at the discretion of the centre manager.

Retreats - We cannot guarantee or reserve a place until full payment is received. Cancellation policies depend on the type and length of the retreat. Please reference to the specific retreat for details.
