Images from our Yoga Retreat at the Great Barrier Reef

We were a group of 29 participants (including 4 children) who all thoroughly enjoyed 5 nights / 6 days on Lady Elliot Island in the Great Barrier Reef with Mahamandaleshwar Swami Jasraj Puri. It was so good that on the second day we had requests to please run it again in 2015! It is the right mix of getting away from it all, yoga programs, island activities and nothing to do at all!

Our days started with an optional 5am meditation practice on the beach.
6am watching the sunrise 
yoga class
8am breakfast
free time for resting, walking, reading, snorkling ...
1pm yoga nidra (guided deep relaxation)
free time for more snorkelling, diving, whale watching, reef walks, fish feeding ...
4pm yoga class
then sunset meditation
6pm dinner
7.30pm Satsang with Swami Jasraj Puri
